Reports Sub-navigation Bar Options
If your eLogic Genesis role has access to the Reports section, your sub-navigation bar will look like one of the following:
If your assigned role has Report Management enabled (or you are an Agency Admin), the Reports section will contain four tabs: System Reports, Custom Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, and My Reports.

The Report Management role permission enables users to create, edit, delete, schedule, save, organize, and run reports.
If your assigned role has Report Viewing enabled, the Reports section will contain a single tab: My Reports.

The Report Viewing role permission enables users to only run reports. The My Reports tab contains all reports and all report types in one location.
Locate and Run Report
To run a report, click Reports from the system navigation bar. Select the tab in the sub-navigation bar that contains the report you wish to run. From the list of reports below, locate the report and click Run. You will be brought to the report's Filters in a new tab.
Filter Combination Settings
Report Filters are used to tell eLogic Genesis what to search for and return in your report results.
Filter Combination Settings are applicable to any report that is run using multiple date ranges. With these settings, you can choose whether the returned data matches ALL of the date ranges entered or ANY of the date ranges entered.

-
Match ALL filters - Match ALL filters will narrow your report results if more than one date range filter is used for running a report. This setting will return clients for whom all date range filters apply.
-
Match ANY filters - Match ANY filters will broaden your report results if more than one date range filter is used for running a report. This setting will return clients for whom at least one date range filter applies
Set Report Filters
There are three kinds of Report Filters available upon report creation: date range, data point selection, and data point range. When running reports, it is required that at least one date range filter be used.
All filters available to this report are listed under the Filter Combination Settings section. Locate the desired filters you wish to use to run the report (you do not need to use all available filters) and enter the appropriate parameters.
When all desired report filters have been set up, scroll down and click Run Report. The report will run in the same tab and display results when finished processing
Now that your report has run, learn how to interact with the results:
