Individual |
A person who is not a current client of your organization |
Client |
A person who has an eLogic Genesis record in your organization and is working with a staff member directly |
Client Portal Liaison/Liaison |
The staff member(s) who will act as the point of contact for their organization's staff and clients and provide basic support and troubleshooting for the Client Portal |
Organization-specific Record |
Any eLogic Genesis record that is accessible in your organization |
Global Record |
An eLogic Genesis record created by an individual that is not associated with an organization |
Global Invitation Link |
A link created by your organization that when provided to individual(s), can create a Global Record and potentially apply to become a client of your organization |
Direct Invitation |
Invitation generated by staff inviting an existing client to access the Client Portal |
Waitlists |
New area in eLogic Genesis where three different types of waitlists can be managed |
Global Invitation Waitlist |
Waitlist to approve or deny an individual's global record to become an organization-specific record - first optional waitlist control. Recommended if using Global Invitation Link |
Agency Enrollment Program |
Individuals must supply the selected required information and be enrolled in this program to become a client of your organization |
Agency Enrollment Program Waitlist |
Waitlist to approve or deny an individual's enrollment to become a client; does not yet work with a staff member directly - second optional control |
Program Application Waitlist |
Waitlist to approve or deny a client's enrollment for selected program(s) - third optional control |
Client Portal Eligible (Program Applications) |
Program applications that are available to clients via the Client Portal (clients can self-apply) |
Waitlist Capacity |
The maximum number of clients or individuals that may be enrolled in a program at any given time |
