People Page's Filters and Groups Filter
There are two important takeaways when using filters on the People page:
- Filters will remain on the last selections until they are changed. Even if you log out, then back in again, your filter settings will be the same. If records shown on the People page do not seem correct, always check your filter settings first!
- Filters "stack" when multiple are used at a time. This means each filter applied will further narrow down records shown. Be mindful which filters you have set as some filters may conflict with each other!

Groups Filter
The GROUPS filter will narrow down which records are shown on the People page based on which clients have been added to the selected group(s).
Filter Records on People Page by Group
- Click People from the system navigation bar
- Click GROUPS
on the main page - area below will expand
- Select the desired group(s) you wish to filter by
- People page will reload and display only clients who are assigned to the selected group
When finished, remember to select All to reset the filter, then click GROUPS to close the filter settings

Filters
FILTERS will narrow down which records are shown on the People page based on each filter setting.
Filter Records on People Page
- Click People from the system navigation bar
- Click FILTERS
on the main page - area below will expand
- From the five categories and miscellaneous options, select how you wish to filter your People page:

SORT
- Created
- Modified
- Name
-
TYPE
- All
- Client
- Navigator - if your Agency Administrator has enabled "Hide Employee Records", no navigator records will be shown

STATUS
- All
- Inactive
- Active
- Closed

PROGRAMS
- Begin typing the name of the program you wish to filter by
- Select the program from the drop-down list
- People page will reload and display only clients enrolled in the selected program
- Click the X when finished to reset PROGRAM filter

EMPLOYERS
- Begin typing the name of the employer you wish to filter by
- Select the employer from the drop-down list
- People page will reload and display only clients who are or have worked for the selected employer
- Click the X when finished to reset EMPLOYER filter

Select the corresponding checkboxes to filter records by:
- Show deleted
- Only my clients
- Only HoH
- Only assessed
- With user accounts

FAQ
Why can't I see all my clients?
- The People page retains filter settings until manually changed. If the current filter does not apply to your assigned clients, they will not appear in the list.
