How to Create a New Client
Before creating a new client record, we strongly recommend you use the Global Search feature to see if the client is already in the system. Though eLogic Genesis has a duplicate finder feature, variations in name or spelling will not be caught.
Important!! Client records cannot be merged in eLogic Genesis so it is critical that duplicate client records be avoided.

- Click People from the system navigation bar
- Click Create New Client - screen overlay will appear
- Enter First Name and Last Name - leave Type as Client
- If new client is a member of a family or household whose Head of Household already has an eLogic Genesis record:
- Click the check-box next to Add to existing family
- Enter Head of Household's name
- Select name from drop-down list
- Click Create Client

How to Print Blank Assessments

- Click People from the system navigation bar
- Click Print Assessments - a screen overlay will appear
- Select each assessment you wish to print - assessments will become blue when clicked
- Click Print Assessments
- Assessments will appear in new tab
- Right-click then select "Print..." -or- press CTRL + P on your keyboard
- Follow your computer's prompts to print

How to Delete Multiple Client Records
- Select the check boxes located to the left of the settings icon
in the client record boxes which you wish to delete - A confirmation will appear across the bottom of the screen
- Click Delete to confirm
Deleted client records are not scrubbed from the system. If you accidentally delete a client record, please reach out to our Support Team to reenable the record.
