Duplicate Service Prevention Feature
This feature will prevent an active service from being assigned to a client before the end date. For example, if your Agency provides a client service X for a month, the client cannot be assigned service X until the previous service has expired.

Does this feature affect quick services?
- Yes. This feature will affect both quick and Scale Services.
What happens if the service starts and ends on the same date?
- If your service starts and ends on the same date, you will be able to add that service multiple times.
What happens if I don't add an end date?
- If you don't add an end date to a service, the duplicate service prevention feature will not affect that service.
Does this affect other services that are active within the window?
- No. This feature only affects active services of the same kind.
What happens if a client is ineligible when assigning services to a group?
- If a client within a group is ineligible at the time the service is assigned, you will still be able to assign that service to the group. The service will not apply to those who do not qualify and the system will outline them for review.
