Services Tab - The Basics
This article will focus on the Service Groups section. Use the links below to jump to the Agency Services and Referral Services articles.
The Services tab enables Agency Admins to create and manage services and Service Groups. These three areas are located under the Services tab and are broken down into three categories:
Agency Services - manage your organization's direct services
Referral Services - manage your organization's referral services
Service Groups - manage your organization's Service Groups
Service Groups - The Basics
Service Groups is an optional feature in which Agency Admins "tag" services to be reported on in the same grouping. Putting services in a Service Group eliminates the need to select services individually in report results.
For example, all bus voucher, bus ticket, and bus pass services can be put in one Service Group labeled “Public Transportation”. Then after running a service report, navigators can filter the report results to display the "Public Transportation" Service Group to view all services within that grouping.
You can also inherit your parent group's Service Groups by clicking the Source button to read Source: Inherit. Inherited data points help maintain data consistency across your eLogic Network, making parent-level Work Log reporting a breeze.
Set Service Groups Source (Inherit-vs-Own)
Inheriting Service Groups will ensure that data is collected uniformly across your eLogic Network which makes parent-level reporting easy.
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click the Services Tab
- Click the Source button to toggle:
- Source: Inherit will display and apply Service Groups set both in your parent group and any Service Groups created by your organization
- Source: Own will display and apply only Service Groups created by your organization
- Source selection will be saved and immediately applied
View Service Groups
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Click the Service Group tab listed on the left
- All created Service Groups and assigned services are listed
Add Service Group
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Click Add Service Group - area will expand below
- Enter Service Group's Name
- Click Save Group
- Service Group will appear below
Add Services to Service Group
There are two ways to add a service to a Service Group:
- If you wish to add single or multiple services to a Service group at once, see Via Service Group Settings.
- If you wish to add a single service to a Service Group while within the service's settings, see Via Direct or Referral Service Settings.
Add Service Via Service Group Settings
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Click the Service Group tab listed on the left
- Locate the Service Group to which you wish to assign services
- Click the
settings icon - In the Services box:
- click to see drop-down list of all services
- quickly locate and select each desired service by typing the service name
- click on the desired service to add it to the Service Group
- When all desired services are added, click Save

Add Service Via Direct or Referral Service Settings
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Locate the Direct or Referral service you wish to add to an Service Group
- Click the
settings icon - Click the Service Group drop-down
- Select the desired Service Group from the list
- Click Save Service

Edit Service Group Name
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Click the Service Group tab listed on the left
- Locate the Service Group to which you wish to edit
- Click the
settings icon - Enter Edited Service Group name
- Click Save
Remove Services from Service Group
There are two ways to remove a service from an Service Group:
- If you wish to remove a single or multiple services from an Service Group at once, see Via Service Group Settings.
- If you wish to remove a single service from a Service Group while within the service's settings, see Via Direct or Referral Service Settings.
Remove Service Via Service Group Settings
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Click the Service Group tab listed on the left
- Locate the Service Group to which you wish to remove services
- Click the
settings icon - In the Services box:
- click to see drop-down list of all services
- locate and click the x next to each service you wish to remove
- click the x on the right side of the drop-down box to remove all services
- When all desired services are removed, click Save

Remove Service Via Direct or Referral Service Settings
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Locate the Direct or Referral service you wish to remove from a Service Group
- Click the
settings icon - Click the Service Group drop-down
- Click "Select Service Group" from the top of the drop-down list
- Click Save Service

Delete Service Group
- Click Agency Admin from the system navigation bar
- Click Services
- Click the Service Group tab listed on the left
- Locate the Service Group to which you wish to delete
- Click the
delete icon
