Contacts - The Basics

Each client record in eLogic Genesis has a  Contacts section available via the left sidebar. Navigators can enter a client's important contacts so they are able to get in touch with any of the client's contacts should they need to. Some examples of contacts would be:

• Spouse
• Primary Care Physician
• Emergency Contact
• Therapist

View Contacts

1. Open client record
2. Click  Contacts from the left sidebar
3. Client's contacts are listed
4. If client record has multiple contacts entered, use the filter tabs on the left to quickly jump to that contact

Add Contact

1. Open client record
2. Click  Contacts from the left sidebar
3. Enter contact type... in text field
4. Click Add Contact Type
5. Contact and title will appear below
6. Scroll to the contact and enter information
7. System will save automatically

Edit Contact Information

1. Open client record
2. Click  Contacts from the left sidebar
3. Locate the contact you wish to edit - scroll down or click the contact's filter tab on the left to quickly jump to that contact
4. Make any necessary contact information changes
5. System will save automatically

Edit Contact Title

1. Open client record
2. Click  Contacts from the left sidebar
3. Locate the contact title you wish to edit - scroll down or click the contact's filter tab on the left to quickly jump to that contact
4. Click the  edit icon next to the contact title
5. Make the appropriate edits in the text field
6. Click the  edit icon again when finished
7. System will save automatically

Remove Contact

1. Open client record
2. Click  Contacts from the left sidebar
3. Locate the contact title you wish to remove - scroll down or click the contact's filter tab on the left to quickly jump to that contact
4. Click the  delete icon next to the contact title
5. Contact will be deleted when you leave the page
