Dashboard - The Basics
The Dashboard feature is accessible via the left-most option in the system navigation bar:
Your Dashboard helps keep your caseload organized by displaying client events and due dates in one place.
Clients must be assigned at least one navigator to appear on Dashboards. For help on how to assign navigators to clients, see VIDEO: Locate Clients Not Assigned to and Assign Navigators to Client Profiles.
As you begin using your Dashboard, it may seem that some filters display fewer options than they should. These are “smart” filters and are designed to display only options that are relevant to the time range selected. For example, if you do not see a Program filter option, it is because the selected date range does not include any Program-related events.
Standard Users can view only their own clients or the clients of navigators who are assigned to the same Role. If a navigator is out of the office for a period of time, other navigators within the same Role can view and keep a tab on the absent navigator's caseload.
Agency Admins have the ability to view all navigators' clients in their Dashboard.
Navigate Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard has four main areas:

All dashboard events captured within the selected time frame will display in the list of dashboard events below.
At any time, you can click the RESET TO TODAY button on the right to reset the time frame's start date to the current date.
