Education - The Basics
eLogic Genesis' Education feature is accessible in client records via the → Education tab. Navigators can enter a client's previous, current, or future Education plans which can then be reported on in Client Reports or across your entire organization. Education Institutions that are not already in your database can be added directly in the Education tab or via the Places page.
View Client Education
- Open client record
- Select the Education tab
- All educations are listed below
- Click on each education to expand for details
Document Client's Education
- Open client record
- Select the Education tab
- Click Add Education
- Enter the Place of Education in the text field - If the place of education is already in the system, you must select it from the drop-drop down list. If the place of education is not in the system, no drop-down will appear and you can add the education.
- Enter all relevant information
- Click Save
Update or Edit Client Education
- Open client record
- Select the Education tab
- Locate the Education you wish to update or edit - click the white rectangle to expand
- Make any relevant changes
- Click Save
Remove Client's Documented Education
- Open client record
- Select the Education tab
- Locate the Education you wish to remove - click the white rectangle to expand
- Click the
delete icon to the left of the Save button
